The company Audit One was set up in the summer of 1999 by Mrs Ana Dinca. Our activity started with tax consultancy services and, in a short time, we were able to develop other lines of business as well, such as financial audit, internal audit and audit of European funds, along with tax consultancy.The company Audit One was set up in the summer of 1999 by Mrs Ana Dinca. Over the years, the company Audit One became a member of the most important professional bodies in Romania, such as: the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants, the Chamber of Financial Auditors and the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Romania. Our company has developed gradually over the two decades of its existence and we succeeded in building a diversified portfolio of national and international customers, to whom we provide a wide range of services. The number of experts employed by Audit One has increased in proportion with the development of our customer portfolio and service range and we employ today over 20 experts.

An important event in the history of our company took place in 2007, when Audit One joined the Moore Stephens (currently Moore) international network. This association resulted in a series of major benefits for our company, increasing the quality of the services we provide and creating new opportunities to perform various and complex missions working together with our colleagues from the network. Today, the Moore network has 260 affiliated companies, with a total number of more than 30,000 employees in 112 countries all over the world.

In order to emphasize the connection between our company and the network it is a part of and to preserve the tradition and recognition obtained by our company, we have decided to change the name of the company Audit One to Moore Audit One starting with 2019.

We have summarized below a series of important events in the history of Moore Audit One:

• 19.08.1999: The company Audit One SRL is born;

• 01.03.2001: Audit One is certified by CECCAR (the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania);
• 10.09.2001: Audit One is certified by CAFR (the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania);
• 12.07.2007: We join the international network Moore Stephens (currently Moore);
• 11.03.2008: Audit One is certified by CCF (the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Romania);
• 22.07.2019: The name of the company changes from Audit One SRL to Moore Audit One SRL;
• 09.09.2019: Moore Audit One SRL aligns to the requirements of the Moore brand.
